	My school. I had just left school and I would like to tell you a few words about it. I went to school in 1994. This school I studied in is a three stored building. When you enter the school yard you can see poplar trees and beautiful flowers. To the right of the school building there is a big playground. When the weather was fine we had our classes in physical training there. When you enter the school you come in to a large hall and a cloak-room, there we left our coats, rain-coats and jackets. On the ground floor where is also a school library and a gym. The class rooms, the assembly hall, the teachers room and the canteen are on the upper floors. On the walls of the corridors you can see the portraits of famous writers, poets, scientists and our school wall newspaper. It is done by the pupils of our school and has a lot of interesting things to read. I learned different subjects at school: Russian, English, maths, physics, chemistry, geography, history and some others. My favorite subjects were Russian and English. I also liked literature. I was good at these subjects and usually got good marks in them. I worked hard at English lessons: read and translated texts, made up dialogues, did a lot of ex, but bast of all I liked different tests, I was fond of grammar. But I was poor in chemistry. I always failed to learn formulas and terms properly. I liked my class, everybody was so friendly easy to get along with. 	My school I want to tell you a few words about my school. It is situated in the white buildings connected with a long corridor. There is a small school yard with cherry-trees and a lot of brush-woods near our school. Our school specializes in art. The pupils get high- quality knowledge of art in it. All pupils are divided into two groups. Boys and girls from the first group study painting, graphics, composition and history of art besides other subjects. And the pupils of the second group study different subjects which can help them to get a profession of an actor. Besides special subject we have classes in Russian, literature, history, English etc. In our school. I go to school 5 days a week. Our classes begin at half past eight a.m. The lessons usually last till half past two. I usually have a lot of home-work and it takes me several hours to do it. My favorite subjects are algebra, geometry and economics. But my lovely teacher is the teacher of mathematics Nadeshda Konstantinovna. She is young and may be this is the reason of her great understanding the problems of teenagers. She is kind, but some times she can be strict. She knows her subject very well and always explains new material perfectly. I like my school very much, but if I were the headmaster of our school, I would try to make changes in it. First of all, our school is not enough equipped with computers. Physics and chemistry classrooms don’t have useful equipment. One more problem about school education is that I can’t choose the subjects I`d like to study if I’m in the 10th or the 11th form. But this problem is not connected only with our school, this is the problem of our country in general. This is a very important thing because preparing home-work takes me much time. And I don’t understand why I shall spend my free time on the lessons which I won’t need in my future profession. But there are many things which I like about my school. For example we often go to the theaters with our teacher of literature, we visit different exhibitions and art galleries. But most of all I like parties which we usually organize with my classmates. We have fun together. I am in good terms with my classmates and we often spend our free time together. Цитировать
