The Organization will ask to every judge to declare his personal position towards the participants.

- VI - Of any decision of the jury minutes signed by the President will be kept. The minutes are public and may be seen in the office.

The decision of the juries, final and unappealable, will be expressed in hundredths, as the arithmetic mean of the single votes, with exclusion of the highest and the lowest ones. Concerning the contests divided in two Rounds, in the Eliminatory the jury will give only a judgement of elegibility for the Final.

The juries can reserve the right to allot ex-aequo prizes, or not to give any, in case of insufficient merit.

The Special Prize mentioned in the \"Silvio Bengalli\", \"Carlo Civardi\" and \"Contessa Tina Orsi Anguissola Scotti\" Prizes is a single prize. It will divided in equal parts if there are more participants who will obtain at least a 99/100 score.

Monetary prizes are subjected to taxation.

Concerning the concerts offered to the Prizes winners, commission and performance of pieces, the Organization warrants only a contact with the organizers: for those performances separate contracts will be signed.

All scholarships to take part for free in Val Tidone Summer Camp are subject to the availability of funds to support this project.

The calendar of the Val Tidone International Music Competitions will be known from May, 30th, and can be requested from the Artistic Director.

- VIII - All the auditions are public.

Two copies of the performed pieces must be given to the jury at the beginning of the audition. The jury can stop the performance, should the competitor exceed the maximum duration. The jury can listen the competitors again.

For each Competition, the organization will provide one piano. In addition, some rehearsal rooms with pianos will be set up.
