Gymnastics is great for improving strength, flexibility, and balance, even for beginners. Here are 5 simple exercises to start:

Plank – Hold your body straight on elbows for 20–60 seconds to strengthen core and back.

Squat – Lower into a squat, hold 2–3 seconds, then stand up. Repeat 10–15 times for legs and glutes.

Push-up – Keep your body straight, lower chest to the floor, then push up. Repeat 10–15 times for chest and arms.

Leg Raise – Lie on your back, lift legs straight up, lower slowly. Repeat 10–15 times for lower abs and hips.

Bridge – Lie on your back, feet agario on the floor, lift hips up, hold, then lower. Repeat 10–15 times for glutes and lower back.

Tip: Start slowly, train 3–4 times a week, and always warm up and stretch to prevent injuries.
