100 Procs. 49 Damage per proc. 2.3 speed weapon.
Judgement of the Crusader in 1.9 adds up to 80 damage (and costs more mana than in 1.8) With my 2.3 speed weapon it adds +17 damage to SoR
TOTAL PROC DAMAGE during test: 4900 (that's 100 straight attacks with SoR running, no judgements or auras)
TOTAL Proc Damage enhanced with JoC for 100 procs: 6600
TOTAL Proc Damage enhanced with JoC and Aura of Sanctity for 100 procs: 7100

Notice that 1.8 SoR buried 1.9 SoR even with only a 59% proc rate! By the way in Both tests I had 5/5 points in Improved SoR

*JoC = Judgement of the Crusader

Mana COST is INCREASED in 1.9 for Seals and Judgements. JUDGEMENT OF THE CRUSADER in 1.8 adds up to 140 holy damage. In 1.9 it adds up to 80 holy damage (BIG nerf)

Long story short. NERF. The question is... why? Judgement of the Crusader, SoC and SoR were NEVER overpowered! That's why I can't figure out their decisions in 1.9

I'm a tankadin at heart. So 1.9 is maybe good for me, but I still depend on JotC plus SoR/SoC when grinding. This result is disturbing! And PLEASE put some talents that make a difference at 31 in each tree!

А можно поподробнее как магу (фрост) пала вальнуть? Если есть идеи пишите,очень интересно.
