	Seinjoki International Chamber Music Composition Contest 1. This contest is open to composers of all ages and nationalities 2. Entries must be original compositions limited to 12-20 minutes, and the instrumentation should include at least seven of the following instruments: flute (or piccolo or alto flute), oboe (or English horn), clarinet (or Es clarinet or bass clarinet), bassoon, French horn, two violins, viola, cello and double bass. The work must be unpublished and unpremiered and should be performable without a conductor. Compositions must be submitted with a full score and the instrumental parts and should be postmarked no later than April 30th, 2005. The composer’s name must not appear on the score. A sealed blank envelope with the personal and contact information of the composer inside must be enclosed. The organizers have the right to provide the jury with additional copies of the scores for the judging process. 3. The composer of the winning composition will receive a cash prize of ?10 000. 4. The jury will select 4 to 6 entries, which will be performed at the final concert in Seinäjoki in fall 2005. The composers of these works will be invited to attend the concert and the jury will make the final decision after the compositions have been premiered. 6.
