http://www.concorsobusoni.it/eng/home-e.htm -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To be admitted, pianists must be born after the 31st of May 1976 and before the 31st of May 1988. To enter, the completed and signed application form attached to the present notice of competition must be sent to the Fondazione (Foundation) "Concorso Busoni" - Piazza Domenicani n°25 - 39100 Bolzano - Italia. Every candidate must clearly indicate on the application form the names of the maestros and teachers with whom he or she has or has had a lasting public or private didactic relationship. The following documents must be included when sending in the form: birth certificate; diplomas and certificates of study; a short curriculum vitae and documents pertaining to any artistic activity; three recent photographs in black and white; admission fee of Euro 75 (plus bank charges) to be paid exclusively to the bank account Nr. 68.200, ABI 6045 - CAB 11601, Agenzia n. 1, at the Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano - IBAN IT 79 O 0604511601000000068200 - BIC CRBZIT21001 Candidates competing in the competition who, after the 31st of May 2002, received a 1st or 2nd prize in one of the international competitions belonging to the "Fédération Mondiale des Concours Internationaux de Musique", are exempted from the payment of the admission fee.; any certificates of prizes received in international competitions. The application form and the documents may be sent separately, but no later than the 31st of May 2004. For organisational reasons no more than 200 applications will be accepted. If the candidate is not accepted the admission fee will be reimbursed. Candidates entering the Busoni competition implicitly accept all the rules of the competition, that must be honoured, on pain of being barred from the competition. Complaints or objections will be officially considered only if drawn up in Italian. Candidates who have already won the "Busoni" Prize are barred from entering the competition. |
