In other words, how much money ismissing from the pension fund to meet their anticipatedobligations in the coming years? It's going to be very difficultfor some of them to recognize this has to be done. But we don'thave a choice. We have about $12 billion in unsecured debt, and$9 billion of it has to do with healthcare and pensionliabilities. We've got to get at that in some fashion oranother. |
